Support Worker – Hocking, WA

Casual | Fridays (potential for additional day)

We’re looking for a reliable and energetic Support Worker to assist two young men in Hocking, WA. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys an active, hands-on role and can create a positive, engaging environment.

About the role:
You’ll be supporting twin participants on Fridays (with the possibility of an additional day), starting around 8:45–9:00am.
Your day will typically involve:

  • Picking the participants up from home

  • Accompanying them to the gym

  • Providing community access or assisting with home-based skill development afterward

  • Working approximately 3–4 hours per shift

This is a 1:2 support ratio (one worker supporting both participants).

About you:
We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has experience supporting young men or working in the disability/community sector

  • Enjoys fitness, sports, and active engagement

  • Brings a positive, easy-going, and patient approach

  • Holds a valid Police Check, Working With Children Check, First Aid and CPR

  • Has a reliable vehicle and driver’s licence

A male support worker is preferred, though we welcome applications from anyone who feels they’d be a great fit.
